Covers the management of the Council and ritual information pertaining to the prosecution of the three degrees.
Picks up any missing management and ritual details needed and required for the leadership and performance of a first rate Council.

WHAT DOES IT COST
The three Resource Training Courses can be taken in any order and are intended to make each of us a better Council member through increased knowledge and leadership training.
The C.E.L.L. courses may be and are encouraged to be taken by any Companion who wishes to excel as a successful Council member.
Effective October 29, 2011 Companions will no longer be required to pay for C.E.L.L. I or II. All three courses are now FREE
